Consultation

This is your first appointment, we will talk through any issues you are concerned about as well as medical history. We will go through a thorough and tailored examination. I will then talk you through what I'm finding and a plan of care. Following this we go through treatment. 

This appointment takes around an hour.

Treatment

Adjustments are small quick movements that sometimes have a "crack" or "pop" noise with them, your adjustments will be tailored to you. These can vary from session to session as your body changes. 

These appointments follow on from consultation and take around 20 minutes.
